Job Title: Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate maintenance activities for a portfolio of properties. This role involves managing contractor relationships, responding to repair requests, conducting regular inspections, and implementing preventative maintenance plans to ensure properties are safe, compliant, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities for a portfolio of properties
  • Manage contractor relationships to ensure high-quality workmanship and timely completion of projects
  • Respond to repair requests from tenants and property owners in a timely and efficient manner
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative maintenance plans

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as facilities management or construction management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
