Description

As a Workshop Parts Supervisor at one of Europe's largest and most successful dealerships, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop parts department.

  1. Ensure timely and accurate supply of parts to the workshop to minimize vehicle downtime.
  2. Build strong relationships with both internal teams and external suppliers to maintain smooth operations.
  3. Manage stock levels, optimize inventory, and ensure effective stock control.
  4. Lead, motivate, and develop the parts team to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
  5. Collaborate with the workshop and service teams to ensure all parts requirements are met efficiently.
  6. Implement strategies to drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Requirements
  • A minimum of experience in a parts management role within the automotive industry is required.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities are crucial.
