About the Job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Client Proposition team within Distribution. In this role, you will coordinate activities to measure and evidence customer outcomes, ensuring compliance with Consumer Duty standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with internal teams, including Distribution, Operations, Marketing, and Compliance to coordinate activities and actions.
  • Act as a point of contact for related queries and requests from across the business.
  • Prepare regular reports for the monthly Consumer Duty Forum and produce quarterly executive and board updates.
  • Gather and analyze data from customer interactions, distributor feedback, and operational processes to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of processes and monitoring.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory changes.
  • Work closely with compliance and oversight teams to ensure all activities related to customer outcomes meet regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role within financial services or asset management is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
