About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Colleague at Tesco Clytha Park Newport Express.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Be knowledgeable about products and services, making recommendations to customers as needed.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve customer service and sales, suggesting solutions to the store team.
