About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at One Stop Stores. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, including sales, customer service, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective store operations to ensure efficient and safe working practices.
  • Monitor and control store costs, including stock levels, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve store performance, including implementing new initiatives and processes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a convenience store environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including stock management, cash handling, and customer service.
