About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our care staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

Responsibilities: Your primary duties will include leading a team of Care Assistants, managing patient care plans, and ensuring that all residents receive person-centered care. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively with colleagues and residents, and contributing to a safe and respectful work environment. A strong understanding of dementia care and experience working with older adults are highly desirable.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a calm and composed demeanor, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. A Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care and experience working in a healthcare setting are preferred. Safeguarding training and knowledge of recognizing signs of abuse or neglect are also essential.
