Job Title: Registered Children's Home Manager - 2-Bed Service

Kingston Noble is seeking an experienced and passionate leader to manage a small, dedicated children's home in Blackpool, Lancashire. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver outstanding care and support to children.
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and maintain high standards across the service.
  • Create and implement individualised care plans tailored to the needs of the children.
  • Liaise with local authorities, social workers, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the children.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting.
  • Strong understanding of Ofsted requirements and experience working with EBD services.
  • Full UK driving license.
