Children's Deputy Home Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our residential childcare services.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to children and young people.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Support the education and training of children and young people to help them achieve their full potential.
- NVQ Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in residential childcare and working with young people.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of children and young people.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
- Passionate about improving the lives of children and young people.
