We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at MiChild Group's Blackpool nursery. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing daily support to the nursery manager and team, ensuring the smooth operation of the nursery and maintaining high standards of care and education for our children.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification, excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and experience of working with children and families. You will be a positive role model, able to make decisions on the day-to-day running of the nursery and assist in the training of staff. A thorough understanding of nursery policies and procedures is essential, as is the ability to work flexibly and cover shifts as needed.
