Join Our Team as a Deputy Manager in Childcare

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team at MIChild Group. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Nursery Manager and team in delivering high-quality care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Nursery Manager in daily operations and decision-making
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a positive and engaging environment for children
  • Assist in the training and development of staff members
  • Monitor and maintain the nursery's administrative procedures
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements and safeguarding policies
Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years or related field
  • Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
  • Previous experience as a room supervisor or deputy manager in a nursery environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
