Job Title: Registered Children's Home Manager - 2-Bed Service

Kingston Noble Career Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee a small, 2-bed children's home in Blackpool, providing care and support to children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the daily operations of the home, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for the children.
  • Develop and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional care and support.
  • Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations and uphold high standards across the service.
  • Create and implement individualised care plans tailored to the needs of the children.
  • Collaborate with local authorities, social workers, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the children.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of Ofsted requirements and experience working with EBD services.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Full UK driving license.
