Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Credit Control Administrator to provide administrative support to our credit control team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely resolution of customer queries, providing customer account reconciliations, and performing credit limit reviews.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with internal and external customers to ensure timely resolution of customer queries
  • Provide customer account reconciliations as required
  • Credit Limit Reviews
  • Provide administrative support to the credit control team in conjunction with the company credit policy
  • Provide ad hoc reports, admin support for internal stores, and supply customer service of a very high standard
  • Provide additional support to cover Credit Controller during absence
  • Produce letters from information supplied by the Credit Controller
  • Administer finance agreements within the designated area

Requirements

  • Previous administration experience is an advantage
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Develop effective working relationships
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft PC applications
  • Strong team player with an ability to work on their own initiative
