**Your role**
- Are you great with numbers? Do you know how to take care of the details? We're looking for someone like that who can help us in providing high quality accounts administration for our Guernsey Financial Accounting team.
- This role involves completion of tasks which include the following:
- Preparation of bank transfers and cheques for clients and company payments.
- Bookkeeping, maintenance and reconciliation of bank, sales and general ledger.
- Issuing recoverable invoices and relevant postings thereof.
- Assisting in Annual Fee invoicing, fee collections and TRM enquiries.
- Assisting FA head in preparation of monthly financial reports for local/group/regulatory reporting, annual statutory financial statements and supporting schedules for audits.
**Your team**
- You'll be working in the Financial Accounting Team in Guernsey. Our small yet strong Financial Accounting team believe in adding value to every task we perform. You will work with a team that is focused on accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
**Your expertise**
- Strong financial background with proven experience in Financial Administration or any other Finance role, preferably experienced professional.- Ability to work accurately, reliably and meet deadlines on a regular basis.
- Ability to foster teamwork by establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with peers, management and other stakeholders.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and implementing new knowledge into practice.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
