About the Role

As the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee all warehouse activities in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include managing Goods In/Goods Out processes, leading a small team, developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and collaborating closely with the Stock Control and Continuous Improvement teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse operations, including Goods In/Goods Out and 3rd Party movements
  • Train, coach, and develop a small team
  • Drive innovation to improve efficiencies throughout the warehouse operation
  • Collaborate closely with the Stock Control and Continuous Improvement teams to ensure a first-class warehouse operation
  • Oversee inventory management, including FIFO and stock rotation, to control stock movement in and out of the warehouse
  • Effectively allocate both short-term and long-term resources within the warehouse
  • Monitor and manage team performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Conduct bi-annual performance reviews and develop training plans
Requirements
  • Extensive experience working as a Warehouse Manager in a fast-paced organization
  • Proven experience in managing and developing a team
  • Current FLT License (FLT Instructor certification is ideal, but extensive experience is acceptable)
