You will require a CIPD or equivalent qualification, experience in Electrical Control Systems or Electrical Engineering course delivery, and excellent coaching and mentoring skills. You must also possess effective communication skills (written and oral) and align with our company values and behavior.

In this role, you will lead all aspects of engineering training, advise on training interventions, and develop technical training content. You will work closely with education providers to ensure relevant content and lead the mentor network, offering guidance and support.

The estimated salary for this position is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
