Role Overview:
Rullion Ltd is seeking an experienced Engineering Skills Development Specialist to join its team. This permanent vacancy offers a competitive salary range (£45,000 - £60,000 per annum) and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment. As a key member of the training team, you will lead all aspects of engineering training within the company, advising on training interventions in all disciplines and ensuring appropriate provider/delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and advise on technical training content for engineering programs.
  • Work closely with the Learning and Development Advisor and engineering leads to drive the delivery of high-quality training solutions.
  • Mentor and support learners/employees throughout their courses, helping them build confidence and achieve their goals.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
A degree in an Electrical/Electronic/control system/software Engineering related field and/or a relevant industry-recognized qualification (e.g., CIPD). Proven experience delivering electrical engineering courses and excellent coaching/mentoring skills are essential. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, both written and oral, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
