Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our Marketing Team, specializing in the Energy sector. The successful candidate will develop a deep technical understanding of relevant markets, identify commercial opportunities, and recommend services that require Lucideon's investment to develop and establish.


Key Responsibilities:
  • The development of business plans, including investment plans, for allocated areas.
  • Engage in commercial activities, leveraging developed contacts to evaluate our Services Portfolio and continue to meet customer demand.
  • Development of marketing collateral for the Services Portfolio to support commercial plans and Energy Sales Team.
  • Support the coaching and development of the Sales Team from a product knowledge perspective, including accompanying sales visits.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of Bachelor's degree in a science, engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Benefits:
  • A competitive salary of £55,000 per annum.
  • 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
