We are Rullion, a leading provider of engineering training solutions. We are seeking an experienced Training and Development Lead to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electrical Control Systems or Electrical Engineering course delivery, with CIPD or equivalent qualification. They will be responsible for leading all aspects of engineering training within the company, advising on training interventions, and developing technical training content.

This role involves coaching and mentoring skills, effective communication (written and oral), and alignment with company values and behavior. The successful candidate will work closely with education providers to ensure relevant content and lead the mentor network, offering guidance and support.

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
