Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Learning and Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering educational programs that align with our organizational goals and support the growth and development of our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver educational programs that meet the needs of our students and staff.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to support their professional development and improve student outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellence in education.
Requirements
  • A relevant degree in education or a related field.
  • Proven experience in education, preferably in a leadership or consulting capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary and Benefits
  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum.
