The Role

As a Finance Business Partner, you will have a unique opportunity to build strong relationships with cost centre managers and bidding teams, providing monthly reporting information with detailed variance analysis. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Completing forecasting requirements on-time and to the highest standard.
  • Holding monthly reviews with the Operational team to provide details of performance and areas for questioning and challenging.
  • Providing key financial support to internal and external audits, ensuring compliance is maintained at all times.
  • Helping to review, improve, and drive processes forward, working closely with the Operational team.
  • Working closely with business leads and ensuring pipelines are updated regularly.

This role is full-time and is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days on-site with a requirement to work more if the project demands.

Essential Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Advanced numeric, analytical, and technical skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel modelling skills.
  • Experience in ERP Business Systems.
  • Ability to manipulate data to present clear and concise financial messages for review.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will hold a qualified accountant (preferably ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to start on Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role and achieve and maintain Enhanced Developed Vetting (EDV).
