**Job Description**

This administrative support specialist will be responsible for preparing and issuing policy documentation within the London Market. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Dealing with all incoming communication, including emails.
  • Providing detailed information to support discussions around policy changes.
  • Reviewing claims information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to manage multiple complex claims.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Confident computer user with 6 months+ commercial/office-based experience (ideally).
  • Ability to analyze and identify key information.
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills.
