Job Summary:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top mortgage professionals. This individual will lead and inspire, build partnerships across the organisation, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Talent Pipeline Building: Proactively build a pipeline of top talent through networking, industry events, and partnerships with professional organisations, universities, and online platforms.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates, from initial outreach through onboarding, by overseeing consistent communication and engagement.
- Employer Branding: Strengthen TMG's employer brand by promoting the organisation's values, culture, and benefits, positioning TMG as the network of choice in the mortgage industry.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilise data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness, analyse trends, and inform decision-making for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in a recruitment role, ideally within the mortgage, finance, or financial services industry but not essential.
- Qualifications: Track record of developing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies that meet organisational growth objectives.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
