Medical Recruitment Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a Medical Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the administrative duties around medical screening of Royal Air Force applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with applicants, Armed Forces Careers Offices, and Medical Experts to answer queries and assist candidates through the medical aspects of their application.
- Organize and store paperwork, documents, and computer-based information.
- Interact with third-party providers, such as candidates and GPs, as part of medical process fulfillment.
- Coordinate medical screening.
- Review letters, postal administration, and scanning.
- Answer phone calls and respond to queries.
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience is required.
- Good IT skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong customer service skills, both face-to-face and over the telephone.
- Ability to work using own initiative and within a team environment.
- Confidence.
- An understanding of the military would be an advantage, but not essential.
