Business Development Manager

**Role Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join Lupa Recruitment's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the waste management industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Identify and target new business opportunities within the waste management sector.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored waste management solutions.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business.
* Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and expand the client base.
* Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the waste management industry.
* Strong understanding of waste management processes and services.
* Valid UK driving license.
