As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality campaigns and providing exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global children's charity that strives for an equal world. You will be part of a fast-paced team that delivers supporter journeys, increases income through upgrade and cash appeals, and re-engages lapsed supporters. You will also play a key role in delivering our emergency appeals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective retention and stewardship strategies to increase supporter engagement and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality campaigns and projects
  • Provide exceptional service to key internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of our supporter marketing and public fundraising strategies
  • Work closely with the Retention and Stewardship Team to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in direct marketing and supporter engagement
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Passion for our values, feminist leadership principles, and vision
