**Job Title:** Senior Fundraising Officer - Retention and Mid-level

**Location:** London/Hybrid

**Salary:** £40,064.15 per annum

**Weekly Hours:** 35

YMCA England & Wales is seeking a Senior Fundraising Officer to join our dynamic Public Fundraising Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing retention strategies, strengthening relationships with donors, and growing mid-level giving.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement retention strategies to engage regular donors and uplift their contributions.
  • Strengthen relationships with donors through multi-channel approaches, including mail, email, and phone.
  • Grow mid-level giving by identifying new high-value donor prospects and improving stewardship.
  • Lead on end-to-end campaign activities, ensuring timelines, budgets, and performance metrics are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and suppliers to ensure successful fundraising campaigns and initiatives.

  • Experience in fundraising and campaign management.
  • Ability to build relationships and develop strategies that optimize income and donor engagement.
  • Highly organized and driven individual with a knack for innovation and growth.
