RF Test Engineer Opportunity

Personnel Selection is seeking a skilled RF Test Engineer to join one of our esteemed clients based in Andover. This exciting role offers ample opportunities for career advancement in the field of electronics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Functional testing and programming of customer products using bench top test equipment and software.
  • Fault finding and identification of failed units to component level.
  • Assistance with soldering and use of fine tools and microscopes.

Required Skills:

  • Educated to at least GCSE standard or equivalent.
  • Hand soldering and use of fine tools and microscopes.
  • Knowledge of standard test equipment such as oscilloscopes.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Previous experience in production testing and fault finding, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in a PCB Testing environment.
  • Use and experience of test equipment associated with RF electronics such as spectrum and network analysers.
