We are an award-winning Elite ServiceNow Partner rapidly growing at a rate of 45% YoY. Our team delivers best-in-class managed services for customers using the platform, including National Highways, HS2, and Nuffield Health.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, ensuring they receive top-notch service and support. You will lead regular check-ins, boost customer engagement, and identify opportunities for growth.
We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 base, up to £125,000 OTE, as well as a range of benefits, including vitality health insurance and comprehensive training and development.
If you have a proven track record in account management or customer success roles within a ServiceNow partner business, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset, we encourage you to apply.
