Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Executive Head Chef to join our kitchen team and lead our culinary operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to our customers.

You will work closely with our head office team to maintain menu consistency, develop new recipes, and implement operational improvements. Your expertise in managing kitchen staff, inventory control, and maintaining a safe working environment will be essential to our success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the kitchen team and ensure high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to our customers
  • Work closely with our head office team to maintain menu consistency and develop new recipes
  • Implement operational improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate inventory control and stock management
  • Ensure a safe working environment for all kitchen staff
