About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team at Everpay. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions to enhance our customer relationship management (CRM) system and optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with Business Stakeholders

Work closely with our business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions that meet their needs.

Design and Implement Customisations

Design and implement customisations, enhancements, and configurations within the Salesforce platform to support our business objectives.

Develop Apex Code and Visualforce Pages

Develop Apex code, triggers, and Visualforce pages to support business requirements and ensure seamless integration with other systems.

Integrate Salesforce with Other Systems

Integrate Salesforce with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation to optimize business processes.

Conduct Code Reviews and Provide Technical Guidance

Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers to ensure high-quality code and best practices.

Maintain and Optimize Existing Configurations

Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce configurations and codebase to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.

Stay Updated on Salesforce Best Practices

Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, industry trends, and new features to ensure our solutions are always up-to-date and effective.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Field

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

Proven Experience as a Salesforce Developer

Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on custom development and integrations, is essential.

Salesforce Certifications

Salesforce Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II certifications are highly desirable.

Strong Understanding of Salesforce Architecture

A strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model is required.

Proficient in Apex and Visualforce

Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools is essential.

Experience with Salesforce Lightning

Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Web Components is highly desirable.

Knowledge of Salesforce Integration Patterns

Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and REST/SOAP APIs is required.

Familiarity with Salesforce Release and Deployment Processes

Familiarity with Salesforce release and deployment processes is essential.

Excellent Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential to work effectively with business stakeholders and other team members.
