Job Overview

Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced team leader to join our Decontamination Unit. The ideal candidate will have significant recent HSDU experience and be familiar with the operational aspects of a Quality Management System.

The salary for this position is approximately £43,000 - £51,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As a team lead, you will be responsible for supervising staff in all areas of production and distribution to ensure standards are maintained and work quotas met.

  • Supervise and participate in daily activities to ensure effective decontamination and sterilization of reusable medical devices
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and quality
  • Lead a team of technicians in a controlled environment to maintain high standards
