Salary: £40,000 - £44,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities:
As a Healthcare Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of care services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing staff and resources, developing care plans, and growing the business. Your expertise in leadership, communication, and strategic planning will be essential in driving our organization's success.

Key Requirements:
* Relevant qualifications in healthcare management (level 5 highly desirable)
* Experience in a leadership role, either as a Registered Manager, Care Manager, or Deputy Manager
* Strong understanding of CQC regulations and best practices
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
* Proven track record in care management (domiciliary, supported living, or care home)
