Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or collaborate with UX team leadership in key project decision-making, including requirements gathering, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of teams and approval processes.
  • Partner with stakeholders across UX, Engineering, and Product Management teams to identify strategic initiatives and align on priorities that take into account the big picture.
  • Identify team needs with regards to process, tools, documentation, and asset management, driving required changes to ensure designers are working at optimum efficiency.
  • Provide clear communication to cross-functional team leads and senior management regarding project status, resource requirements, issues, and priorities.
  • Orchestrate successful delivery for multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience managing and scaling UX-related programs.
  • Experience with UX disciplines and user-centered development tools and methodologies.
  • Experience analyzing data and leveraging insights to develop solutions.
  • Experience with user experience or design operations.
