Job Title: Regional Category Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Category Manager to join our Global Sourcing and Procurement team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing regional and local category strategies that align with our global category directives.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in procurement and sourcing, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for leading regional sourcing and supplier management plans to deliver planned results in the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.

You will also be responsible for scoping and managing the supply base in the region to achieve the goals set by the strategy. Additionally, you will act as a link between the Sr. Category Manager, Category Manager, and the Region to ensure alignment to Category Strategy by identifying the business needs of the region and making sure such needs are considered as part of the strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Engineering, and at least 8 years of experience in the field, with 5 years of supervisory and/or management experience. Industry knowledge from the Oil and Gas equipment and services area is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional and local category strategies that align with global category directives
