Job Title: Educational Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Educational Support Specialist to join our team at a thriving secondary school in London. As a key member of our staff, you will provide essential support to students with behavioural needs, working closely with teachers to maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.

About the Role:
  • Provide tailored support to students with behavioural challenges, helping them to overcome obstacles and achieve their potential.
  • Collaborate with teachers to implement effective behaviour management strategies, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
  • Foster the academic and emotional growth of individual students, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.

Salary:£13.50 - £14.50 per hour

Working Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience supporting students with behavioural challenges, preferably in a secondary school setting.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to handle diverse situations with sensitivity and empathy.
  • A team-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents.
  • A positive, patient, and empathetic attitude, essential for building strong relationships with students and staff.
