Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Education Specialist at Remedy Education. In this role, you will work closely with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and provide personalized support to help them thrive.

About the Role

As an Education Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored learning plans to address the unique needs of each student. This may include working one-on-one with students who require additional support, collaborating with teachers to create a cohesive learning environment, and monitoring student progress to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN, including those with specific learning difficulties or behavioral challenges.
  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans to promote student progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Monitor student progress and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.

What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young learners.

Requirements
  • Experience working with students with SEN, preferably in a school setting.
  • Sound knowledge of various SEN conditions and how to support students with these needs.
