Job Overview:

We are a global technology company, HCLTech, seeking an IT Infrastructure Associate to support our warehouse operations. This role will focus on technical issue resolution, inventory management, and collaboration with Warehouse teams.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Resolve technical issues and manage inventory to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and implement asset tracking systems to optimize inventory management.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of client incidents and tasks.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Device Deployment, Troubleshooting, and Asset transfer tool.
  • Minimum 3 years' technical experience in providing Deskside Support.
  • Software installation/troubleshooting and networking skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
