Alink Recruitment is looking for a talented Rail Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in building surveying, with a focus on surveying assets on rail and tube stations across London.

The ideal candidate will be an Associate RICS Building Surveyor with excellent technical skills, able to work independently and as part of a team. A rail experience would be beneficial but not essential.

As a Rail Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for surveying and assessing the condition of railway infrastructure, identifying potential issues, and developing solutions to improve the efficiency and safety of operations. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and reports, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals.

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum
