Job Summary:

Randstad Student Support is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Specialist-one-to-one Study Skills Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing personalized academic support and guidance to students with specific learning difficulties (SpLDs) studying at Universities and/or Colleges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one study skills support to students with SpLDs, helping them to build on their comprehension skills within reading and writing.
  • Work collaboratively with students to identify areas of need and develop personalized support plans.
  • Deliver flexible and adaptable support, including in-person and online sessions, to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Travel to local Universities and Colleges to provide support to students.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, academic staff, and other stakeholders to ensure effective support and communication.

Requirements:

  • Ability to travel to local Universities and Colleges.
  • Flexibility to work in-person and online.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
