Exciting Opportunity for an Internal Comms Specialist

Lloyd Recruitment Services is proud to be partnering with a leading organisation to find a skilled and driven Internal Comms Specialist. This role offers the chance to work at the heart of internal communications, driving employee engagement and delivering impactful communications across the business.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing internal communications strategies that engage and motivate employees. This will involve creating and disseminating communications materials, such as newsletters, emails, and intranet content, as well as working with stakeholders to understand their communication needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in internal communications or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
