Communications Administrator Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Communications Administrator to join our team at Lloyd Recruitment Services. As a key member of our internal communications team, you will play a vital role in crafting compelling communication strategies that drive employee engagement and connection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and implementing the annual internal communications and employee engagement strategy.
  • Manage internal communication platforms and serve as the primary contact for employee communication queries.
  • Design and implement engaging content across various channels, including the intranet, newsletters, videos, and blogs.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to advise on internal communication solutions and ensure messaging aligns with business priorities.
  • Research and recommend innovative communication tools and platforms to enhance employee interaction.
  • Organise and support internal events, such as town hall meetings, employee recognition events, and wellness initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of learning and development materials and support internal communications surrounding employee benefits, rewards, and recognition.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in content creation, internal communications, or employee engagement roles.
  • Ability to create compelling content with strong editorial, proofreading, and design skills.
  • Familiarity with internal communication tools and platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a keen ability to convey ideas effectively.
  • Creative thinker with experience in developing campaigns that engage and inspire employees.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools to assess engagement metrics.
  • Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and providing strategic communication advice.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of juggling multiple projects.
