About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our Group Executive Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Executives' diaries, scheduling meetings, and preparing confidential documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Group Executives, ensuring their time is protected and the team runs smoothly.
  • Undertake key administrative tasks, including diary management, inbox management, scheduling meetings, and managing time conflicts.
  • Ensure meeting preparation is carried out, including booking rooms, setting up necessary invites and equipment, and preparing materials.
  • Provide professional support by preparing weekly status reports, drafting client or Board presentations, and summarizing reports.
  • Implement and maintain an accurate filing system for the Group, ensuring work areas are kept in good order.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365.
  • Clear, concise, and effective written and verbal skills.
  • Strong administration skills with the ability to prioritize and organize workload/tasks.
  • Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and demonstrate initiative.
  • Manage confidential information, ensuring it is protected and received/delivered in the correct manner.
