About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and tenacious professional to support our Group CFO in their executive calendar management, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements across multiple European time zones.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Executive Assistant, with a preference for experience in a financial environment, and exceptional attention to detail, discretion when handling confidential information, and proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Proficiency in French is desirable and preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Group CFO's executive calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for stakeholders in various European countries.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations, ensuring all documents and data are aligned with the requirements of different European regions.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications (calls, emails, and correspondence) from contacts, ensuring urgent matters from various countries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Prepare, edit, and review documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring they meet professional and regional standards.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Group CFO, particularly those involving multi-country teams or cross-European collaboration.
