The RoleWe are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our award-winning team as a Care Assistant. Your focus will be on delivering high standards of personal care, contributing to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Personal Care: Assist residents with personal hygiene needs, ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect.
- Risk Management: Identify and escalate clinical risk areas, such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls, and infections.
- Communication: Interact respectfully with residents, visitors, and colleagues, upholding dignity and individuality.
