Construction Machinery Operator

We're looking for experienced operators to join our team at Resource Options, Inc.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
About the PositionThe Construction Machinery Operator role at Resource Options, Inc. requires expertise in operating and maintaining heavy equipment such as excavators, backhoes, and front-end loaders. This position involves transporting machines to work locations, lifting and moving materials and objects safely, and performing various tasks like removing forms, placing pipe in trench, jack hammering, and tapping.
Applicants should have 2+ years of experience in general labor construction, be fluent in English reading and writing, and hold an OSHA 10 Construction Certification or be willing to get certified before starting work.
Key Responsibilities- Operate power equipment to execute various tasks on construction sites effectively.
- Drive machines and materials between work locations while ensuring safety.
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment according to manufacturers' guidelines and company standards.
- Adhere to all safety policies and codes of conduct established by the company.
- At least 2 years of experience in general labor construction projects.
- Excellent English language skills (reading and writing).
- Current OSHA 10 Construction Certification or the ability to obtain it prior to employment.
- A valid DOT medical card and a clean driver's license.
- A negative drug test result.
