Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Machinery Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Executive Network Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a passion for solving complex mechanical and electrical issues, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintenance & Repair: Perform scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on various construction machinery (e.g., excavators, loaders, bulldozers, cranes, etc.).
  2. Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on-site using specialized diagnostic tools and equipment.
  3. Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients regarding maintenance needs, repair timelines, and equipment operation. Provide guidance and training to operators as needed.
  4. Field Inspections: Conduct equipment inspections to ensure they meet safety and operational standards.
  5. Documentation: Accurately document all service activities, repairs, and parts used. Provide detailed service reports and recommendations for future maintenance.
  6. Safety: Follow safety protocols and procedures while working on-site, ensuring both personal and team safety during service operations.
  7. Technical Support: Provide on-call support for emergency breakdowns and urgent repairs outside of regular working hours.
  8. Calibration & Upgrades: Calibrate equipment, update software, and perform necessary upgrades to keep machinery compliant with the latest industry standards.
  9. Collaboration: Work closely with the in-house engineering and technical teams to provide feedback and contribute to product improvement.

Qualifications

  1. Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. Trade certification in heavy equipment or machinery repair is a plus.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in servicing and repairing construction machinery or heavy equipment.
  3. Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
    • Experience with diagnostic tools and software for construction machinery.
    • Familiarity with welding and fabrication techniques is an advantage.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $115,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
