About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Security and Administration Specialist to join our team at Securitas Security Services Careers.

This is a challenging role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team with administrative tasks, including meeting booking, scanning, filing, and report production.
  • Use the Incident Management System to record and escalate security event reports.
  • Monitor the security hatch alarm system and respond to faults.
  • Develop and maintain Security Technician site visit routes.
  • Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage the Security mailbox and allocate tasks to Security Technicians.
  • Centralize information on Security Technician annual leave/sickness and monthly reports.
  • Produce reports on security events, trends, and activity.
  • Offer guidance and advice to customer staff as directed.

Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum.
