Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead our production team at our Skelmersdale site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the factory, ensuring that production targets are met, and that all employees are working safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 30 operatives, 2 supervisors, and office support staff

• Responsible for all factory employees and ensuring they are working effectively

• Meet production targets and liaise with senior management regarding planning

• Work with supervisors to ensure labor targets are met and that safe systems of work are in place

• Track plant and material usage within the factory

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a precast manufacturing facility

• Ability to read manufacture drawings and understand cast-in elements and measurements

• Health and safety driven individual with the ability to lead a safe and efficient process
