Property Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our successful team at The Recruitment Experts. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of up to 250 properties, ensuring timely and efficient management of all aspects.
- Upsell and cross-sell services to clients, including ancillary and peripheral products.
- Manage mid-term inspection follow-ups, quality, and trade discount earnings.
- Oversee weekly arrear management, including rent and legal protection submission claims and management.
- Prepare and submit inspection reports for your portfolio, ensuring high-quality content.
- 1 year of experience in a comparable role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
