Property Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our successful team at a leading independent estate agent. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in the property industry, with a company that values excellence and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of up to 250 properties, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Upsell and promote ancillary and peripheral products to clients, driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Oversee mid-term inspection follow-ups, quality control, and trade discount earnings, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Manage weekly arrears, including rent and legal protection submission claims and management, to minimize financial losses.
- Prepare and submit high-quality inspection reports, ensuring accurate and comprehensive information for clients.
- 1+ year of experience in a comparable role, with a proven track record of success in property management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
